8.     Shuttle service : it is possible to take advantage of the shuttle service arranged with Baglio Ferlito, direct towards the next beaches on demand;

1.       Bookings: they will be confirmed from the moment we receive by fax or e-mail the receipt of the payment in advance, that will have to reach us within 24 hours from the date in which the availability for the asked room has been communicated to you. The payment in advance poured must be equal to 30% on the booked period;

2.     Payment: The settlement of the rent canon must be contextually poured to the arrival to the retirement of the keys;

3.    Cancellations: in the case in which the applicant cannot make the living room, the poured advance will not be returned;

4.      Arrival: the arrival must happen between the hours 16.00 and hours 19.00 of the pre-arranged day, having care to inform the owner in case late;
